Rhonda’s Guacamole Dip
Rhonda’s Culinary Class kicks off the first-weekend seminars every month at Hallelujah Acres. Each month, she prepares new recipes for a crowd of anywhere from 20 to 60 people, who also get to sample everything she makes.
Her recipes are so delicious that I just can’t wait to share some of them each week in the Health Tip.
This nutritious raw guacamole recipe is no exception. Eat it on whole-grain chips or with your favorite pita bread. M-mmm!
