Here’s a tasty and nutrient packed alternative to the pork or beef hotdog for those summer picnics and family gatherings. This new American classic goes great with Rhonda’s potato salad and sweet and sour cole slaw.
Great Hallelujah Weekend This Past Weekend
May 10th

The first weekend of each month here at Hallelujah Acres, we offer folks the opportunity to learn how to improve their health at our seminars by teaching them how to restore their health through simple diet and lifestyle changes.
This past weekend was another great weekend here at Hallelujah Acres. It began with Rhonda’s Culinary Class on Friday evening where she demonstrated 9 recipes – four of those recipes involved the making of an all raw taco salad.
Then Saturday morning we nearly filled the auditorium for Rev. Malkmus’ three-hour “God’s Way to Ultimate Health” seminar. People came from as far away as Wisconsin and Iowa to the northwest; Ohio, West Virginia and New York to the northeast; as well as Georgia and Florida to the southeast; along with all the states surrounding North Carolina.
In honor and recognition of Mother’s Day, a number of mothers had asked their adult children to attend the seminar, and many of them were present in honor of mother’s request. In other families, children had asked their mothers to attend. At least 75% of the people in attendance at the seminar were attending their very first seminar.
There were the incredible testimonies before the seminar began. One lady shared how that nine-years ago, after being diagnosed with cancer, and receiving numerous chemotherapy treatments, the cancer had returned with a vengeance, and was found to have metastasized to numerous new places throughout her body. She refused further chemotherapy, adopted the Hallelujah Diet, and there she was in the seminar cancer free and sharing her experience.
Others told of additional cancers gone, diabetes simply disappearing, high blood pressure and cholesterol normalizing with no more need for drugs, several reported weight losses of over 100-pounds, along with numerous other physical problems simply disappearing after they had adopted the Hallelujah Diet and Lifestyle.
Following the seminar, Paul and Ann conducted their “Where Do We Go from Here” class. Thirty-six people remained for that three hour class. Many of those in that class had been in attendance at all three events, for what we call a “Hallelujah Weekend.”
Our next “Hallelujah Weekend” is scheduled for June 3rd and 4th. These weekends provide those who attend a wealth of knowledge along with information on how to prepare meals at home as well as how to eat on the road foods that conform to the Hallelujah Diet. In both Rhonda’s Culinary class on Friday evening and Paul and Ann’s “Where Do We Go From Here?” class, all food prepared is sampled by those present.
It’s not too early to mark your calendar for that first weekend in June activities, nor is it too early to begin making plans to attend. Each month there are those who come by the van and bus load from various churches as well as by auto. Some even fly into the Charlotte, North Carolina airport to attend. We’re looking forward to a great Hallelujah Weekend in June and would to love have you join us! It could change your life!
74th Health Minister Training A Grand Success
Nov 15th
This past week, Hallelujah Acres hosted 106 trainees for our 74th Health Minister Training session. They came from as far away as Nigeria, Switzerland, Colombia, and Canada, as well as most states here in the United States.
These newly trained Health Ministers join more than 10,000 previously trained Health Ministers who are now ministering in every state in the United States as well as 49 foreign countries (the gentleman from Switzerland added a new country to the list)!
My 2-Day Workshop which preceded Health Minister training on Monday and Tuesday this past week had 51 in attendance. I so enjoy spending this time with these folks, most of whom went on to Health Minister Training.
Our next 2-Day Workshop and Health Minister training will be held here at Hallelujah Acres March 7-11, 2011. It’s not too soon to start making plans to attend!
