Carrot, Beet & Spinach Juice

Juicing vegetables is the quickest and easiest way to nourish the body, and to insure the body is receiving the nutrients it needs to build new, healthy, vibrant cells. I have been juicing and drinking these vegetable juices daily (except when on the road) for the past 34-years, and attribute juicing to be the single most important reason I am experiencing excellent health at the age of 76.
The following juicing recipe is not only delicious, but extremely nutritious, as it combines the nutrients from three different nutrient dense vegetables. It is also very colorful, especially when served in a stemmed glass.

I believe you will find these Carob Crunchies yummy. When Rhonda and I go on speaking tours, she will often make up a batch of these to munch on while traveling.

Here’s a delicious all raw desert or snack that will satisfy your sweet tooth.
The recipe is taken from Rhonda’s Hallelujah Holiday Recipes from God’s Garden book (page 200) where it is called “Raw Sugar Plums.” Don’t know how it got the name “Sugar Plums”, because there is no sugar or plums in the recipe. But I do believe you will find this recipe yummy.
