This past Friday, Rhonda had 33 attend her Culinary Class. These folks got to watch her make (and then got to taste) a refreshing Key Lime Pudding pie with Macadamia Nut Pie Crust. Last week, we shared the recipe for the pudding. Now it’s time for this delicious all-raw pie crust.

In Rhonda’s upcoming Culinary Class on April 30th, those attending will have opportunity to taste test Rhonda’s most recent creation, Frozen Key Lime Pie, which she will prepare right before the crowd.
Below you will find the recipe for the Key Lime Pudding. She will put this onto a zesty nut pie crust and top with Pine Nut Crème in the demonstration.

This recipe is taken from Rhonda’s Hallelujah Holiday Recipes spiral bound recipe book on page 146. It has a tuna salad flavor but contains no tuna. It is an incredibly delicious vegan tuna that people who have tried it always ask for more.
